GeriatriCare® Management, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Stephanie Thomopoulos, a Board Certified Diplomat and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 35 years of experience working with the elderly, the disabled and their families. As a Professional Care Management agency, we understand and can assist with many of the common problems affecting this population, such as memory loss, relocation considerations, grief, and conflicts concerning care issues.
We specialize in complex medical situations, challenging family dynamics, and best practices in dementia care. Our care management service is based on knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate problem solving and advocacy to bring quality of care and quality of life to our clients and their families.
